Latest progress unveiled at mixed use city centre redevelopment

Following the provision of a multi-million pound loan facility by ASG Finance in November of last year, Krish Ventures has been making progress on its ongoing redevelopment project in Hull city centre.

The project involves conversion of former offices on Alfred Gelder Street.

Upper floors are being transformed into 20 apartments, with the ground floor to be preserved for retail or leisure use.

The process of completely stripping out the building has now been completed and the main works have started. The project is scheduled for completion in May this year.

Raj Krishnasamy, director of Krish Ventures (GBR) Ltd, said: “It’s an interesting time to carry out a challenging project like this, so it’s been great to see the progress we’ve been able to make over the past few months, with work starting on the main building works.

“ASG have been a great help throughout the whole process and I’d like to extend my thanks to them for their expertise, professionalism and flexibility. We certainly couldn’t have done it without their support.”

Mark Heyes, lender and business developer at ASG Finance, said: “It was a pleasure to be able to help out Raj with his latest development project.

“Having worked hard to find the perfect finance solution for his company’s needs, we’re delighted to see everything is going smoothly.

“We wish him all the best with seeing the project through to completion and would welcome the opportunity to help Krish Ventures expand their portfolio further in the future.”
