Work is progressing at at “The Residence” an apartment development on Kirkstall Road in Leeds.

Developer KMRE Group Ltd is bringing to market 111 apartments at the scheme, which is within walking distance of Leeds city centre. A range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments will be available.

There will also be landscaped grounds, residents’ parking and on-site cycle storage.
