Industrial scheme fully let as vehicle styling firm signs up for warehouse space

CBRE Investment Management has agreed the letting of Unit 7, a Grade A warehouse facility at 62 Leeds, to the UK’s largest automotive styling distributor – Maxton Design.

62 Leeds is now fully let following this latest deal.

Acting on behalf of CBRE Investment Management, CBRE and Carter Towler agreed the deal on the 20,317 sq ft detached warehouse to drive the distributor’s expansion from its existing Bradford site.

The company will create many new jobs over the next few years as part of the move.

Unit 7 forms part of the 62 Leeds Industrial development located on Gelderd Road (A62), and is home to occupiers including Johnsons Dry Cleaners, Turners Accident Repair Centres, Unitrunk and Lidl.

Danielle Raunjak, of CBRE’s Leeds Industrial team, said: “We are delighted to support Maxton Design’s growth strategy with this latest deal at 62 Leeds and to secure the fully let status for this well-established industrial development.

“This is an ideal location for the distributor to accommodate its expansion and future growth plans with excellent connectivity and access to the wider national motorway network.”

Dariusz Ratusznik, managing director of Maxton Design UK, said: “We are extremely excited for the move and the opportunities it will bring.

“The location is a fantastic place for us to expand our already established business. Most importantly, we’ll have a much-needed increase of warehouse space for products and a new and improved office environment for our valued employees.”
