Extensive refurbishment completes at city office development

Property specialist Helmsley Group has launched Gateway One, a development in York’s Holgate Business Park, providing modern, flexible office space.

Following an extensive refurbishment, Gateway One features 14,178 sq ft of space across three floors, available to let immediately.

The launch comes after the recent letting of 6,200 sq ft to Reed in Partnership at Helmsley’s Arabesque House development at Monks Cross, York.

Aspect4 managed the refurbishment and Struteco was the main contractor. Garnett Netherwood was the architect on the scheme.
