Completion nears for 10-storey city centre apartment block
People have been given their first glimpse of a £23.5m Leeds city centre apartment development, after its scaffolding and site hoardings were taken down as the scheme approaches completion.
This follows last month’s topping out of The Residence, at the very eastern end of Kirkstall Road.
The development by KMRE Group, consists of 111, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two penthouses with large terraces and views across Leeds and beyond.
On the ground floor there is 2,400 sq ft of commercial space and 25 parking spaces.
More than two thirds of the homes in the 10-storey building, which are being marketed by Linley & Simpson with Morgans, are already reserved.
