International expansion on the cards for decking firm

The UK’s largest sustainable composite decking and cladding brand, Composite Prime has reported the sharpest growth in stockists since its inception in 2015.

The Ilkley-based business which has made two new hires to accommodate growth, has increased stockist numbers by more than 31% and it is now looking to go expand internationally.

Composite Prime’s sales director, Charles Taylor, said: “We’ve worked incredibly hard over the last couple of years to build on the brand awareness of Composite Prime and communicate the unique properties of our products, as well as their eco credentials. We have solid plans for the future including new product launches in 2022 and an expansion into new global markets.”

The growth follows a recent investment in the business’s marketing and business operations which created a new website to enhance the user experience and a refresh across the company’s digital platforms.
