Completion nears on works to develop new light industrial estate

Leeds-based developer South Parade Properties Limited is approaching completion of phase one of Innovation 25, a commercial scheme at Bradley Business Park, Huddersfield.

The first phase comprises two light industrial units of 5,000 sq ft and 10,000 sq ft. The 5,000 sq ft unit has already been pre-let to national firm XYZ Machine Tools.

Robert Austin & Co are project managers for the development. Speaking on behalf of the developer, Matthew Austin, said: “We are very pleased to be nearing completion of phase one which will provide excellent new high-quality, energy efficient accommodation to serve the M62 corridor, Huddersfield and surrounding areas.”

Construction of phase two is also underway, which will comprise three smaller units suited to SME occupiers and is scheduled to be completed in August. Unit one has already been placed under offer.

Carter Towler and Walker Singleton are appointed joint letting agents on the scheme.
