New town centre homes nearing completion

Apartments being developed in central Harrogate are due to be ready to move into this autumn.

Lambert House is being built by Harrogate-based Tate Estates and consists of 12 two-bedroom apartments, just off Station Parade. They are being marketed by Strutt & Parker’s Harrogate office.

All the apartments have private under-croft parking and several of the properties offer two-storey duplex layouts and balconies.

The three storey-building features lift access to the first and second floors.

Shane Tate, from Tate Estates, said: “We’re excited to release the homes for sale, and especially because we’ve already had high levels of enquiries from a wide range of potential buyers during the construction phase.

“The development promises to be a sought-after address for anyone wanting a contemporary home close to all Harrogate town centre’s shops, restaurants, bars and attractions, as well as being just a two-minute walk from both The Stray and railway station.”

James Wort, director at Stutt & Parker’s Harrogate office, added: “The development is appealing to all types of buyers, including young professionals, downsizers, investors and people from other parts of the country, who want a second home in Harrogate town centre, close to the railway station.

“We’ve seen increasing numbers of second homeowners buying in Harrogate following Covid, which has encouraged many people to pursue new lifestyles.”
