Works completed on £150m neighbourhood

UK rental brand, Moda Living, has confirmed that works on its 515-home, £150m neighbourhood in Leeds, Moda, New York Square, are now complete.

The apartments and state-of-the-art amenities are within two 16-storey blocks. The first phase of the scheme, which welcomed residents in May, is already fully sold out.

In addition to the homes, there is a 24-hour residents’ gym, co-working spaces and bookable meeting room, a cinema room, BBQ terraces, lounges, a games room and a private dining room.

 Moda, New York Square was designed by DLG Architects. Caddick Construction is the main contractor for the development.
