Agency roundup: Wild PR; Brand8 PR; and more

UKcaravans4hire.com has re-appointed fellow Huddersfield-based firm, Wild PR as its public relations agency to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.

UKcaravans4hire.com is a static caravan hire platform, offering an online booking system with over 6,500 holiday homes available.

In June 2022, the company was acquired by national holiday rental agency Sykes Holiday Cottages.

Wild PR will help raise the brand profile and online visibility of UKcaravans4hire.com through a mix of digital PR tactics to help the firm increase its turnover by over 200% over the next 12 months.

The PR agency works with clients in the travel, e-commerce, health, manufacturing and professional services sectors, including BPI Auctions, Specialist Glass Products, The Kid Collective, Fertility Matters at Work and Heald, among others.

Katrina Cliffe, managing director of the agency, said: “The pandemic and economic instability have changed how people choose to make memorable holiday experiences.

“We can’t wait to support UKcaravans4hire.com in changing the perception of caravan holidays and supporting British tourism in the process.

“We look forward to helping the team achieve its business and SEO objectives through a purpose-driven PR strategy.”

Gareth Irving, UKcaravans4hire.com managing director, added: “We are thrilled to be working with fellow Yorkshire company Wild PR once again, following the successful acquisition of UKcaravans4hire by Sykes Cottages.

“We are in a really exciting position this year – rapidly expanding our team, offering even better service and creating a website platform that will give all our customers the best experience.”
