Full house at city centre offices as publishing group moves in

Northspring | Wellington Street in Leeds city centre is now full, with global publishing company Emerald Group moving into its fifth floor.

The publishing business operates in 130 countries worldwide. It facilitates social science research, working with  hundreds of thousands of researchers who championing fresh thinking.

Northspring | Wellington Street was selected by Emerald Group from a list of 10 options.

Emma Tregenza, chief legal & people office at the group, said: “As our employees are based all over the UK, a city centre location makes sense for us.

“We love the location as well as the mixture of dedicated and shared spaces and the high-quality fit-out. The roof terrace, onsite gym and podcast studios are going to get a lot of use from all of us.”

Knight Frank, Carter Towler and Savills are joint agents on the building.

Emerald Group will have its office fit-out delivered by Workspace Design and Build, a fellow occupier at the building and the company responsible for the fit-out across all seven of Northspring’s properties nationally.
