Consultancy strengthens its northern presence with city office move

Property, construction and infrastructure consultancy, Pick Everard, has further cemented its presence in Leeds with a move to a new office space in the city centre.

The office, within Clockwise in Greek Street, will cater for Pick Everard’s growing team which has been supporting a variety of projects across Yorkshire, as well as nationally.

The consultancy has been established in Leeds for more than four years and has relocated from Wellington Street.

David Harris, partner, said: “Our new city office stands out as a great match for both our growing team and clients.

“Its prime location serves as a catalyst for extending our integrated and cohesive approach, creating a collaborative environment where our specialists can share knowledge and expertise – and crucially develop the very best outcomes for clients.”

The relocation provides extra office space for Pick Everard to continue working with its range of public and private sector clients.

These include local authorities in the region, such as Leeds City Council and City of Doncaster Council, along with national entities such as National Grid and Premier Farnell.

And the move is part of the consultancy’s strategy to provide more agile and collaborative working environments for its expanding 650-strong workforce.

Harris added: “Collaborating with Clockwise on this move has ensured a completely smooth transition.

“The central location, together with a community-led approach to workspace provision offers a vibrant and positive environment, enhancing the wider user experience for our staff and clients alike.

“We’re excited about the opportunities our new home will bring, which will enable us to continue to deliver better together for our teams, clients and the communities we serve.”
