Tenant signs up for newly completed industrial premises

Property business The Corinium Partnership has agreed a 10-year letting on its newly built property at Normanton Industrial Estate.
The deal, advised on by JLL, will see new occupiers set up at the recently finished Corinium 2 industrial unit, which comprises 15,400 sq ft of space including fully fitted offices.
Corinium 2 is now part of one of the region’s fastest growing distribution centres, joining household names including Asda, Haribo, Bosch, DLL and The Range.
Harry Fullerton, associate director at JLL, said: “We take immense pride in securing this opportunity and look forward to witnessing the positive impact it will have on the local community and businesses.
“Corinium 2 is a prime example of the sort of high spec property that is needed to help meet growing occupier demand.
“The Corinium Partnership has delivered a modern, eco-friendly industrial space that is ideal for businesses looking to expand.”
Paddy Carter, director at The Corinium Partnership, added: “The recent letting of Corinium 2 sees the successful completion of both phases of development at Normanton for The Coronium Partnership and is testament to the appeal of modern high-quality and energy efficient industrial spaces.
“We are pleased to welcome a new tenant to our expanding portfolio.”
