National chain takes on trade counter premises at business park
National trade counter chain, Eurocell, has taken a unit of approximately 3,500 sq ft at Shaw Cross Business Park, Dewsbury.
The deal was brokered by Robert Austin & Co Chartered Surveyors, acting on behalf of owner’s Oakwell Securities. Carter Towler was also appointed as joint letting agents.
Eurocell is relocating its Dewsbury depot to the premises, which are prominently situated on the front corner of the estate.
Prior to the letting Robert Austin & Co project managed the building’s refurbishment.
Matthew Austin, partner of Robert Austin & Co, said: “Unit 1 Flagship Court is a modern, well-established, highly prominent trade counter location, positioned on the front corner of the popular Shaw Cross Business Park.
“The property benefits from excellent access to Dewsbury and the surrounding areas, together with good access to both the M62 and M1, just a few minutes away.
“The quality of Unit 1 Flagship Court and the excellent location and visibility appealed to Eurocell and we are pleased to welcome them to the estate.”
