Construction to begin on more than 100 village homes
Beal Homes has launched a £40m development called Ferriby Meadows, which will bring 115 homes to the East Yorkshire village of North Ferriby.
Once complete, Ferriby Meadows will feature a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, as well as three and four-bedroom bungalows.
The development, about seven miles from Hull, will also include a new area of public open space and two youth football pitches.
Construction is set to begin shortly, with the first homes expected to be finished by autumn 2025.
Beal sales and marketing director Ross Clarkson said: “We’re thrilled with the strong demand for Ferriby Meadows.
“It offers an exceptionally rare opportunity to own a luxurious new home in one of East Yorkshire’s most desirable locations, so we expected it to be extremely popular, but the demand has surpassed even our expectations.”
