Fresh identity and expansion at technology consultancy

Fruition Consulting, a Leeds-based technology consulting firm, has officially rebranded to Enablis.

To support this expanded vision, Enablis has doubled its office space and strengthened its senior leadership team with the recent hiring of chief technology officer Ed Marshall and chief customer officer Peter Cotton, both respected regional tech leaders.

Additionally, the company plans to grow its workforce by 300% over the next year, adding new roles to its current team to support clients with enhanced resources and expertise.

This rebrand is part of a broader strategic expansion fuelled by recent private equity investment and the company’s rapid growth since 2021, with turnover up by 90% over the past two years.

The name “Enablis” was chosen to reflect the business’s commitment to enabling its clients to navigate and accelerate their digital roadmaps.

Sarah Pawson, CEO, said: “Our brand transformation to Enablis underscores our core mission: to simplify technology for our clients, focusing on bold ideas and straightforward solutions.

“In today’s fast-evolving tech landscape, companies need a trusted partner who can deliver not only technical excellence but also a clear path to success.

“With Enablis, our clients can rely on us to collaborate closely and tailor our expertise to make their visions a reality.

“Our new name reflects our dedication to empower client teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to succeed.

“We’re here to build long-term relationships, enabling clients to deliver faster, stronger, and more effective results.

“By simplifying the complex and prioritising their goals, we’re helping to shape a better, more capable technological future across the UK.”
