Full house at revamped workspace following series of lettings

Flexible office space operator, Seneca Property, has completed a refurbishment and relaunch of Radius, its 30,000 sq ft office building at Junction 1 of the M621 in Leeds.

Following a string of pre-lets, Radius has achieved full occupancy with the recent signing of a 5,000 sq ft lease with Pure Pet Food, a pet food retailer.

Seneca Property has also reported a record-breaking year, during which it experienced significant growth across its 13-site portfolio, achieving a 26% increase in total rental income.

Chris Bullough, managing director, said: “We are thrilled with the stunning relaunch at Radius. This underscores the success of our ‘Seneca Flex’ model in creating and operating exceptional office workspaces that meet modern demand.

“We expect to continue to roll out the Seneca Flex model across a number of new acquisitions during 2025, as well as working in partnership with other landlords to leverage the Seneca Flex model there too.”

Jeff Morton, CEO, added: “The strong performance of Radius, coupled with our overall portfolio growth, highlights the strength of our business model and the dedication of our team.

“We have recently acquired further buildings in Maidenhead and Guildford, and we are confident this momentum will continue as we continue to enhance and expand our portfolio and pursue new opportunities in the dynamic flexible workspace market.”
