Firm appointed to manage hundreds of waterside apartments

Property management specialist, Centrick, has strengthened its footprint in Yorkshire by taking on management of Clarence House and Cartier House, residential developments next to the Royal Armouries Museum at Leeds Dock.
The prominent apartment buildings comprise 351 homes located within a mixed-use waterside neighbourhood.
Phil Johns, managing director at Centrick, said: “We’re happy to be working with residents and stakeholders at Clarence House and Cartier House.
“Leeds is an important city for us, and this appointment reflects both our growing presence in the region and our commitment to delivering excellent property management.
“We’re looking forward to implementing a clear programme of improvements, while ensuring residents feel listened to and well supported.”
The management transition forms part of Centrick’s strategic growth across the North of England, where the business already manages a number of other developments.
