Zandra Moore steps down from Panintelligence

Zandra Moore, co-founder of Leeds-based business intelligence and analytics software provider, Panintelligence, has revealed she has ‘stepped away’ from her role as CEO of the company.
Moore, who last week picked up her MBE for services to gender equality in business, set up Panintelligence in 2014 with Ken Miller and Mike Cripps.
Moore has been passionate about enabling more women in the tech industry, improving gender equality and increasing investment in businesses founded by fellow female entrepreneurs.
Her unwavering energy has led to the creation of LeanIn Leeds, The No Code Lab and the Yorkshire Growth Tech Group, all with the focus of supporting and championing female representation in the tech industry. As a result, Zandra was invited to become a member of the UK Government’s Taskforce for diversity in fast growth companies in 2022.
Moore said it has been a week of reflection, recognition and realignment. “I’ve stepped away from the company, closing a chapter that has shaped so much of my personal and professional life.
“In the same week, I was honoured to receive an MBE for services to gender equality in business, a moment that means more than I can express.
“The timing feels symbolic. A new space has opened, and I am stepping into it with purpose and a deep determination to build what’s next – bigger, bolder and better.”
