PKF on the move

BUSINESS advisers PKF is relocating its Leeds office.

The firm has taken 7,000 sq ft of Wilton Developments’ 10 South Parade building where it will relocate from its current Queen’s Street premises.

Linda Cooper, PKF’s head of assurance and advisory in Yorkshire, said: “It’s an exciting time for our Leeds office. We have been at our current location for 25 years.  Our move to South Parade is a strategic investment, demonstrating our commitment to our clients and staff, and reinforces our place within the Leeds business community.”

The deal for the whole of the third floor means 10 South Parade is now 65% occupied.

Eamon Fox, associate director at DTZ acted for PKF (UK) LLP on the acquisition. He said: “Our client is immensely impressed by the quality of finish and the fact that we could secure a 7,000 sq ft single floor plate exactly where we wanted to be in the city.

“Our client was keen to secure the best building, in the best location and they look forward to moving in later this year.”

Other occupiers in the building include Xafinity Consulting and Odgers Berndtson.
