Coach house office block sold

A DEAL has been completed for two properties in Huddersfield.

Claremont Hall and The Coach House, which had a combined asking price of £1.2m, have been sold to a local developer.

The Coach House is a tenanted office block while neighbouring Claremont Hall has been converted into one and two bedroom apartments.

The sale was completed by the Huddersfield office of chartered surveyors Eddisons.

Jonathan O’Connor, from Eddisons, said: “These are high quality properties which are reflected in the excellent prices we have achieved for our client.”

Eddisons has also been appointed to market Bents House, a block of seven offices, on the same site.
