Rental only scheme close to launch

A DEVELOPMENT focused entirely on the rental market is close to completion.

The first apartments at Rushbond’s Crispin Lofts scheme in Leeds are expected to be released at the end of May.

Jonathan Maud, managing director of Rushbond, said: “The feedback we’ve received since we acquired the grade II listed landmark building is that people want homes that really stand out from the crowd so the whole ethos at Crispin Lofts is about creating true loft style apartments with interiors that are as striking as the building’s exterior whilst still offering practical and functional living spaces.

“We’ve also taken into account the fact that increasing numbers of people are now renting instead of buying and in many cases tenants now plan to live at an address for years rather than months.

“This is certainly a growing trend and we’re confident that creating homes that are very distinctive will appeal to those looking for a long-term property.”

Crispin Lofts is being marketed by Morgans.
