GVA has helped secure Ifco Systems UK a new lease on a 64,600sq ft unit at Loscoe Close, Normanton, West Yorkshire.
The company supplies reusable plastic food containers to retail customers. The unit was formerly let to Chep, a sister company of Ifco.
Rob Oliver, director at GVA, who negotiated the new lease, said: “We are pleased to have completed this lease with Ifco and can confirm we had received good interest from the wider market, which isn’t surprising given the units excellent location, its height and its combination of ground and dock level access.”

BARKER Proudlove has been appointed as joint letting agent for The Core in Leeds following the scheme’s recent purchase by Threadneedle.
The Core, which comprises more than 250,000 sq ft of space, has tenants including HMV, JD Sports, Bank, USC, Sports Direct and Waitrose.
Threadneedle is looking to make The Core one of Leeds’s best retail and leisure destinations.

RYDEN and Savills have announced the latest lettings at 15 St Paul’s Street, Lateral Property Group’s recently refurbished 9,723 sq ft open plan grade A office in Leeds.
Independent town planning consultancy, Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners, has taken the 650 sq ft fifth floor. The firm is relocating from City Square.
The 1,300 sq ft first floor office has been taken on a five year lease by global construction and property services consultancy Gardiner & Theobald.
Steven Jones, senior surveyor at Ryden, said: “To secure Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners and Gardiner & Theobald at 15 St Paul’s Street is an excellent result for my client, given the high quality of space on offer.”
Patrick Carter, of Savills, added: “I’m confident that we will be announcing further lettings soon, as we now only have three floors remaining offering space from 1,000 sq ft to 7,500 sq ft.”
