Chamber president in new venture
YORK and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce president Richard Flanagan has launched a new business.
Mr Flanagan has established James Property Consultants offering advice to both commercial property owners and occupiers.
He said: “I am pleased to be launching this new commercial property business and being of service to clients old and new.
“These are exciting times for the City of York, with the new local plan being produced I look forward to helping clients shape the future economic success of the city, and to assisting them to get the most out of their property assets.”
Mr Flanagan is a former partner at Lawrence Hannah, the York-based chartered surveyors, property and construction consultants.
His new venture has already secured instructions including an appointment as joint letting agents for Cornerstone Real Estate.
