Industrial deal for KDA Wholesale
INDUSTRIAL premises totalling 65,000 sq ft have been sold to KDA Wholesale.
Mountcity Group has offloaded the space at Fallbank Industrial Estate in Dodworth, Barnsley.
KDA Wholesale has upsized from its existing 20,000 sq ft premises in Barnsley as it looks to expand.
The property provides a refurbished industrial / warehouse facility with land for future expansion.
