Pure Gym deal for TCS

GYM operator Pure Gym has taken 2,000 sq ft at Town Centre House, a deal that means the building is now fully let.

Pure Gym joins First Locate, Thomson Directories and Sir Robert McAlpine as tenants in the building owned by Town Centre Securities.

TCS associate director Helen Green said: “I am absolutely delighted that Town Centre House is now fully let and also thrilled that our latest tenant is one of Yorkshire’s fastest growing companies, Pure Gym.

“Town Centre House was the first refurbished office building in Leeds to have a BREEAM excellent rating, which we’re very proud of. We launched it onto the Leeds market in challenging economic times, yet the high spec and our flexible approach has enabled us to succeed in securing quality tenants throughout the building.”

Angela Crawshaw, property director for Pure Gym, added:  “We are delighted to be moving our central support offices to the Town Centre House development.  It’s a perfect location for us to expand our central team as it continues to grow.

“The convenient transport links, proximity to our next Leeds Gym and rich potential for future expansion makes the Town Centre House development an ideal base as we continue to make fitness much more accessible for the people of Leeds, and nationwide.”

TCS has also announced the appointment of WSB Property Consultants and Fox Lloyd Jones to advise on asset management and lease consultancy on both Town Centre House and its nearby Wade House office building.
