Knight Frank called up to manage Conygar portfolio

THE Conygar Investment Company has appointed Knight Frank as asset and property managers for its UK investment portfolio.

The portfolio comprises a total of 47 office, retail, industrial and leisure properties from Yorkshire, Scotland and the Midlands down to the South East.

It includes a 50,390 sq ft industrial unit in Brighouse, which is let to Owens Corning Veil.

Knight Frank has been awarded a three-year mandate, which wiill be run from its head office at Baker Street in London, with the Leeds office, led by Philip Speight, playing a major role.

Steven Vaughan, property director of Conygar, said: “Knight Frank’s strong regional coverage, enthusiasm for the mandate and approach to the tender process were key factors in us making our decision. Their technology, in particular “Prophecy” their in-memory portfolio reporting tool, was a clear USP and one that will make the day to day property and on-going asset management of our portfolio much more informed.”
