Business centre opens at Bolton Abbey

A NEW business centre has opened at Bolton Abbey Estate.

Redundant farm buildings have been converted to create the new four-suite centre at Hill Top Farm, Bolton Abbey.

Benedict Heyes,, land agent for the Estate, said: “This development has seen the creation of approximately 2,700 sq ft of modern, high-quality accommodation, the work carefully undertaken to retain the inherent character and appeal of these traditional buildings, with the layout managed in such a way as to make both smaller suites available for start-ups or alternatively larger spaces for existing businesses.”

Letting of the offices is being handled by Westlake & Co and Dacre, Son & Hartley.

If successful, the scheme will be rolled out onto a number of sites maintaining the Estate’s links with the local economy.
