Eddisons completes disposals

THE Leeds office of chartered surveyors Eddisons has completed the disposal of three major freehold sites across Yorkshire, with a combined guide price of around £1.2m.
The deals include 50,000 sq ft on Dockfield Road in Shipley, near Bradford. The three interconnecting units have been bought by long established printing firm Herbert Walker.
Meanwhile Leeds based property developer Stirling Investments has acquired a 0.96 acre site at Clifton Moor, on the outskirts of York.
Centurion Park has planning consent for a 70 bedroom nursing home, and may suit alternative uses subject to planning.
Elsewhere, the former Atlas Caravans site within the Gypsy Road Industrial Estate in Hull, which extends to around 30,000 sq ft, has been sold to an unnamed buyer.
John Padgett, head of agency at Eddisons, said: “These are significant deals and highlight the increasing economic confidence in the area.
“This confidence is translating into a higher level of transactional activity and this was reflected in the number of enquiries we received from a range of potential buyers.”
