First business set to move into iconic office building

A WEALTH management firm has moved into a new office suite in Ilkley’s International Development Centre.

John Coldwell Pension and Investments has taken space at the building, which was originally opened in 1968 by the International Wool Secretariat (IWS). The International Development Centre was used for research and development into wool use. Situated on Valley Drive, it has recently been divided into six office suites.

Matthew Brear of Dacres Commercial, which is marketing the building, said: “These high class offices represent a unique opportunity for businesses to base themselves in an attractive setting without the daily grind of travelling into a city centre. The fact the building is such a well-known landmark furthers its appeal.”
