ACTING for Alpha Media Properties, Leeds-based industrial property specialists Gent Visick has sold the freehold interest in a 31,770 sq ft factory unit to the Swedish owned Emballator Metal Group for around £1.35m.

The acquisition of the adjacent property provides Emballator with additional accommodation to support their expansion following their original investment into Bradford in 2000. The company is northern Europe’s leading supplier of tinplate packaging, primarily for the paint and chemical industries.
