FD to leave Vp

MIKE Holt is leaving his position as group finance director of Yorkshire equipment rental firm Vp, the company announced this morning.

Mr Holt is joining performance materials group Low & Bonar as its group finance director and will leave Harrogate-based Vp on November 19.

Vp’s chairman Jeremy  Pilkington said: “On behalf  of the board, I would  like to thank Mike for his valuable contribution to the development of Vp plc over the  last six  years and  we wish  him well  for the future in his new role.”

Vp is on the hunt for a new group finance director.

Earlier this month, Vp said it had experienced  a period of stability despite the downturn.
