Monarch adds routes from Leeds Bradford Airport for winter sun-seekers

MONARCH is increasing its services from Leeds Bradford Airport this winter after announcing three additional routes and increased frequency on four more.

The airline is now offering flights to and from Larnaca, Menorca and Majorca during the forthcoming winter season, which continues until April 2016..

It is also adding more flights to existing winter schedules to Alicante, Barcelona, Faro and Tenerife.

Marjan Schoeke, head of network development for Monarch Airlines said: “These additional routes and frequencies provide our customers with an even greater choice of destinations whether that be winter sun or city short breaks.”

Tony Hallwood, Leeds Bradford Airport’s aviation development director added: “The wider choice of Monarch destinations and increased frequencies next winter will be welcomed by our passengers flying from Leeds Bradford to Spain, Portugal or Cyprus for a winter sun or short city break.”
