Ed Norris, a partner specialising in industrial property with CPP, said: “These four deals are tremendous news for the Barnsley region. The industrial property market in South Yorkshire is now flourishing and the fact the Darton Business Park has attracted four quality tenants graphically underlines this strong occupier demand.”
