Knaresborough industrial site offloaded
A 120,661 SQ FT site in Knaresborough has been offloaded by Dacres Commercial.
The industrial site with adjoining land is located close to the town centre.
It was acquired by a private pension client of Knight Frank, who are planning to refurbish the site’s three main buildings.
The 63,000 sq ft of space in the units will be re-fitted and re-let.
Dacres Commercial sold the site on behalf of door, window and building products manufacturer, The Litchfield Group which is based in Derbyshire.

There is a huge amount of potential to redesign the existing layout and divide the site up around its three main buildings or even explore alternative uses for the land and its buildings.”
