£42m residential development set to launch

HOUSEBUILDER Stonebridge Homes is all set to launch the £42m Fox Valley development near Sheffield.
The Stocksbridge development will see 118 homes, from apartments to detached houses provide residential space for potential residents to the area.
With help from retail developers Dransfield Properties, supermarket and other retailers are due to open their doors imminently.
Carol Gunn, head of sales and marketing at the Leeds-based housebuilder, said: “This is our first development in the Sheffield area and we could not have picked a better location to kick things off. The new homes will form an integral part of the overall Fox Valley scheme, which is already starting to transform Stocksbridge with the creation of a new town centre.
“Seeing the work that has already been done in the early stages of Fox Valley is genuinely inspiring. It’s not just the sheer size of the project, but the thought and detail that has been put into it to deliver what will be a superb new destination for retail, leisure, offices and of course a great new place to live.”
