Appointments: Shulmans, Mills & Reeve, AWB Charlesworth

CORPORATE law firm, Shulmans has appointed three solicitors and a senior member of staff in its commercial dispute resolution team.
Solicitors Ellie Cooke, Laura Hill and Sara Souyave have been promoted to associate level.
Ms Cooke will continue working alongside Paul Lewis in the contentious probate department.
Mr Lewis was formerly a partner at Gordons LLP, and he has now been appointed to a senior role within the CDR team, bringing more than 20 years of experience to the table.

THE insurance team at Mills & Reeve has been boosted by the appointment of Stuart Lloyd, who joins from DWF in Liverpool.
He specialises in defending professional negligence claims on behalf of insurers against professionals, and his appointment follows that of Laura Asquith who joined the team having been an associate at Simpson & Marwick.
Neil Howes, head of the firm’s professional risks team, said: “Stuart is a welcome addition to our growing team and reflects our regional expansion plans to service our growing client base.”

FAMILY lawyer Liz Hebden has joined AWB Charlesworth Solicitors to lead the team.
The firm, which has offices in Skipton, Keighley and Bradford, have hired Ms Hebden, who has 20 years’ experience in relationship breakdown cases involving children.
