Appointments: Walker Morris, Sanderson Weatherall, Jet Aire

LAW firm Walker Morris is expanding its corporate team with the hiring of a partner to strengthen its M&A and capital markets offering.
Partner Daniel O’Gorman joins from DWF where he was national head of the equity capital markets group.
Prior to that role he spent 10 years with Travers Smith.
He has advised on a number of recent notable transactions including Custodian REIT Plc’s £130m IPO on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market.
John Hamer, head of the Walker Morris corporate group said: “Daniel’s appointment is a major lateral hire for us both as a team and an organisation and comes in response to a steady rise in the demand for our corporate services, particularly for cross-border M&A and equity capital markets transactions.
“It will allow us to further capitalise on these areas of work and build on the team’s existing expertise. Having someone with Daniel’s national standing and valuable experience to work alongside our existing team will further enhance our client service offering.”
