Motor group snaps up two North Yorkshire sites
CAR dealership Lloyd Motor Group has bought up two North Yorkshire sites as they continue to grow in the region.
Lloyd has bought the Ripon Land Rover site and Service Centre in Leyburn.
The deal was for an undisclosed amount, and advised upon by UNW.
The Cumbrian-based group operates 19 sites across northern England and southern Scotland, including Land Rover dealerships in Carlisle and Kelso.
The family-owned motor group is 40 years old this year, and includes brands such as Jaguar, Land Rover, BMW, MINI, Volvo, Honda, BMW Motorrad and Honda Bikes.
It has 1,000 staff across the group, which includes sister company Lloyd Ltd.
