Caddick completes £3.8 car showroom

Caddick Construction has completed work on a new Jaguar Land Rover showroom in Leeds.

The firm, headquartered in Knottignley, West Yorkshire, has completed the contract for Vertu Motors’ Farnell Jaguar Land Rover site on Scott Hall Road.

The refurbishment programme has seen the demolition of the Mini showroom and the conversion of the existing BMW showroom to a new Farnell Jaguar Land Rover retailer.

Andrew Murray, managing director at Caddick Construction, said: “We’re proud to add another successfully completed car retailer to our flourishing automotive portfolio, which also includes BMW and Mini, SEAT SKODA, Vauxhall, Porsche and The Car People. The retailer was an absolute pleasure to work on.”

Caddick Construction and Caddick Civil Engineering are the operational arms of Caddick Group which employs almost 500 people and turns over £90m.
