American-inspired What the Truck will be bringing all the classics from across the Atlantic to Yorkshire, such as Philly cheese steak sandwiches, loaded hotdogs and fries.

Lastly The Baking Biker will be treating all those with a sweet tooth to brownie bakes, cakes and milkshakes.

Dan Wharton, marketing manager at Trinity Leeds, added: “Spring is the perfect time to freshen up our selection of street food vendors. The brand new line-up has really raised the bar with original concepts and top quality ingredients.

“Shoppers can expect the street food we bring in to keep getting better and better. We’re really looking forward to the next eight weeks.”
