Lakeside development hosts property forum

A LAKESIDE development in Doncaster attracted a host of investors and businesses when it was the chosen location for the latest Doncaster Professional Property Forum.

Spinner Point on Lakeside Boulevard welcomed 30 professionals to the event to see first hand the office space available.

Guests also got the chance to hear from legal experts on property, regeneration and development matters, with a particular focus on green policies, energy efficiency and conservation laws.

Spinner Point offers 11,000 sq ft of commercial office space with direct views of the lake.

Leeds-based developers GMI property, who were also responsible for the adjacent buildings which are now occupied by Keepmoat Plc and Clyde Bergemann Group Ltd, said Spinner Point offered an “exceptional opportunity” for a growing business.

James Poskitt, director of GMI Property, said: “We were delighted to welcome the Doncaster property community to Spinner Point.

“This event was not only a great way to introduce people to the building but to also give them the chance to listen to valuable advice and take part in discussions about the issues that affect the property industry.”
