Atisreal to rebrand

INTERNATIONAL real estate services provider Atisreal, which has offices in Leeds and Sheffield, is to operate as BNP Paribas Real Estate in the UK from June.
The organisation said it was to rebrand “to better respond to our clients’ expectations”, to consolidate its expanded business across Europe, the Middle East and Russia, and to “leverage” off the BNP Paribas brand.
BNP Paribas, the European banking and financial group, owns Atisreal.
Leeds-based commercial property consultancy Hill Woolhouse, founded by three surveyors in 1991, was acquired by Atisreal in February 2008.
The move saw Hill Woolhouse merged into Atisreal’s Yorkshire operation.
Roger Woolhouse, head of Atisreal’s Leeds office, said of the rebranding: “This is a positive step for us. Rebranding as BNP Paribas Real Estate gives us a platform to expand and realise our ambitions of being a top five UK and global property adviser in a market where further consolidation of the big players is inevitable.
“BNP Paribas is an incredibly strong brand worldwide and this will help us grow our business with clients, as well as strengthening our international coverage.”
Since its acquisition by BNP Paribas in 2004, Atisreal has acquired a number of other property firms in the UK apart from Hill Woolhouse including parts of the Chesterton business in 2005 and Fuller Peiser in 2006.
