Luxury residential development reaches completion

The first phase of properties at Lincolnshire residential development Carrington Gardens have been completed and keys handed over to its first residents.

The 200-home retirement village delivered by Keystone Developments includes a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom bungalows and one and two-bedroom apartments, designed for the over 55’s.

Carrington Gardens also offers home owners the use of Carrington Lodge, a communal clubhouse at the centre of the estate which includes lounge areas, a library, orangery and guest facilities.
