Luxury residential development reaches completion
The first phase of properties at Lincolnshire residential development Carrington Gardens have been completed and keys handed over to its first residents.
The 200-home retirement village delivered by Keystone Developments includes a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom bungalows and one and two-bedroom apartments, designed for the over 55’s.
Carrington Gardens also offers home owners the use of Carrington Lodge, a communal clubhouse at the centre of the estate which includes lounge areas, a library, orangery and guest facilities.
Chris Parkinson, corporate sales manager at Keystone Developments, said: “We are thrilled to have finished the first phase of this exciting new development and we can really start to focus on getting Carrington Gardens’ residents established in their new homes.
“We are delighted to already have homeowners happily settled in and with a number of sales currently progressing there will soon be a busy, bustling atmosphere to the place which is exactly what we want.”
