Apartments plan in former Nottingham hotel gets go-ahead

Nottingham developer Bildurn has been granted planning permission for 16 apartments on Carrington Street, next to Nottingham railway station.

Bildurn will redevelop the units in the upper floors of the former Gresham Hotel building above retails units occupied by 200 Degrees and Superdrug.

The company will redevelop the space into two 1-bedroom flats and 14 two-bedroom apartments. The developer says the flats will be “high-end”.

Bildurn has been active in the area recently, and is planning 50,000 sq ft of Grade A office space on Station Street and a 10-storey, 323-bed student accommodation block on the same street.
