Accountancy firm moves offices

The new Ashbourne offices

Accountancy firm Smith Cooper has moved its Ashbourne office into the town’s former police station.

Formerly based on St John Street, in a building shared with law firm Flint Bishop, Smith Cooper moved into its new offices on Monday (3 June).

Bruce Montgomery, partner at Smith Cooper and based at the firm’s Ashbourne office, said: “It’s a really exciting period of change here in the Ashbourne branch as we look forward to settling into our new home and welcoming our clients through the door.”

“The new offices offer us the opportunity to expand our workforce whilst maintaining an enviable location in the centre of town. The space is fresh, modern and easily accessible to our clients. We are committed to our local area, and it was important that we moved to an office that allowed us to stay local.”
