200 Degrees Coffee is a speciality coffee roaster and wholesaler with shops in Lincoln, Nottingham and across the UK.

With a background in East Midlands hospitality, Rob offers valuable insight into the ever-changing industry, having started the coffee company back in 2012 with his business partner Tom Vincent, who he met whilst studying Engineering at the University of Nottingham.

Previously bar owners, the duo began roasting coffee in a garage back in 2012, before moving to a bigger space in West Bridgford in 2013, which is now the company HQ and roast house supplying fresh coffee to eight 200 Degrees shops, as well as wholesale customers.

The first 200 Degrees Coffee shop opened in 2014, closely followed by its second site on Carrington Street in 2016. The company now has stores in Birmingham, Leeds, Sheffield, Leicester and Cardiff, with further national expansion plans set for 2019.
