City rolls out largest ever digital roadside advertising scheme

Ocean Outdoor is behind Birmingham’s largest ever digital out-of-home roadside advertising network with the launch of 130 digital screens over the summer. The out-of-home media owner will install the digital network across main city arterial and commuter routes in partnership with Birmingham City Council.
