Keepmoat Homes to relaunch West Midlands office

Charlotte Goode, Keepmoat Homes' managing director for West Midlands

Keepmoat Homes is to relaunch its West Midlands office, a year after merging it into the East Midlands operation.

Charlotte Goode has been appointed as the regional managing director to lead the housebuilder’s new strategy in the region.

She will relaunch the regional office and oversee the delivery of a number of significant developments, including the final phase of Walsall’s biggest regeneration scheme in Goscote.

Andy Mason, divisional chairman for Midlands and the South at Keepmoat Homes, said: “Last year we took the hard decision to close our West Midlands office and combine it with our East Midlands region.

“Since then we’ve seen growth in our land pipeline and with landmark schemes moving forward in Walsall, Coventry, Dudley and Telford it felt like the right time to relaunch our West Midlands region under Charlotte’s leadership.”

Goode joined Keepmoat in 2017 and has been divisional finance director for the Midlands and the South and then the interim managing director for the South West.

She added: “Having seen the Midlands and the South Division grow over the last 12 months I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to relaunch and lead our West Midlands business. Working with the team, to deliver transformational developments and much needed new homes across the region.”
