St Modwen confirms appointment of new Group Finance Director

REGENERATION specialist St. Modwen has confirmed the appointment of a new Group Finance Director.

The Quinton-based group has appointed Robert Hudson, who has joined the firm from British Land. It is anticipated he will join the company by October 2015.
 
Hudson, 41, had been Group Financial Controller at British Land, having been appointed to that role in October 2011.  A chartered accountant, he began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers before moving to Experian in 2000 where he held a number of senior financial roles, including Global Finance Director of its Decision Analytics business and UK Finance Director.
 
Mike Dunn, St. Modwen’s current Group Finance Director, will step down from the board on May 31, 2015.  Andy Taylor, who joined the company in July 2007 as Group Financial Controller, will become acting Group Finance Director until Hudson’s appointment becomes effective.
